It is a city with a long tourist tradition, reflected in a wide range of equipments and services. Palma is an urban destination, ideal for short breaks or for longer stays. The Balearic Islands are visited by more than 9 million tourists each year and have become a multicultural region with thriving communities from many European nationalities.

Live in Gerona

Since it was created, 20 years ago, the UdG’s development project has been closely linked with the development project for the city of Girona, in such a way that the full integration of the campus in the city has been a determining factor in shaping and developing the city in social, cultural, economic and planning terms. The Campus e-MTA in Gerona is organised around three main hubs: the Barri Vell Campus, in the heart of the historical centre of the city; the Montilivi Campus, in the southern extreme of the city; and the Centre Campus, in the modern city centre. In the near future, on the University Campus and in the city itself, a fundamental strategic change will take place when the Health Sciences campus is built in the northern extreme of the city.
